VELA 2008 DS

VELA 2008 DS is a sublimation printer with 8 Epson I3200 printheads and a printing width of 2000 mm. It uses sublimation ink in a wide range of colors (CMYK plus several additional colors) and achieves a maximum resolution of 1200 drops per inch. It supports 3-layer direct color printing with compatible CWC and WCV modes.

Key technical features:

Dual linear guide system and AC servo motor with a synchronized belt and pulley structure for smooth and quiet movement.

Fully sealed suction chamber with a quiet turbine fan to reduce operating noise.

Constant temperature heating system to keep the nozzle temperature stable during printing.

Three pressure wheels that can be independently lifted for precise pressure control and stable continuous printing.

Servo motor for material feeding and unloading, with an air guide platform featuring a vertical slot to ensure high quality, stability, and long service life.
